About EV.PRO
EV.PRO is building the operating system for electric fleets. We are the EV fleet electrification partner for both private and public fleets. We handle everything—vehicles, charging, maintenance—so our customers don’t have to. We move fast, solve real problems, and hold ourselves accountable for uptime.
The Role
We’re looking for an operator. Someone who thrives in the chaos, brings order to it, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
You’ll own the day-to-day of keeping our fleet on the road—maintenance, logistics, vendors, and customer coordination. If a vehicle is down, you’re already three steps into solving it.
You’re also a true partner to our customers, not just a point of contact. You anticipate issues before they surface, communicate clearly and proactively, and take ownership through resolution. You understand that every vehicle off the road impacts their business, and you operate with that level of urgency and accountability. Customers trust you because you don’t pass the buck, you close the loop and make sure the job gets done right.
What You’ll Own
Keep Vehicles Running
Coordinate all scheduled + unscheduled maintenance
Know what’s breaking before it breaks (odometer tracking, service planning)
Track vehicle health, uptime, and maintenance trends—and use that data to stay ahead of issues
Get vehicles in and out of service fast
Make It Happen (Logistics)
Schedule service with dealerships, tire shops, vendors
Coordinate pickups/drop-offs
Handle tows, timelines, and all the moving pieces
Solve Problems Fast
Triage issues and take immediate action
Check warranties, push vendors, get answers
Stay on top of repairs until the vehicle is back in service
Keep Customers Moving
Coordinate rentals or replacements when needed
Make judgment calls
Ensure zero surprises for the customer
Communicate Clearly
Be the point person for all maintenance-related updates
Keep customers and internal teams informed—no chasing required
Escalate when needed, but own the outcome
Build the Machine
Standardize how we do things (comms, approvals, workflows)
Track everything in Fleetio
Identify what’s broken in our process—and fix it

You’re scrappy and resourceful—you figure things out fast
You’re highly organized but not rigid
You communicate clearly and don’t drop balls
You take ownership—fully
Bonus: EV or automotive experience
